WEB TENSION CONTROLLER
Ideal to correct variations in tension, controllers are suitable for various applications in both closed-loop and open-loop systems
The tension controller receives the data from the sensor or load cell and forwards it to the brake.
In closed loop systems, web tension controllers compare the web tension value detected from the load cells with the ‘set point’ and send the input to the brake or motor so to adjust the web tension.
In open loop systems, the web tension value can be obtained by the ultrasonic sensor, able to detect the reel diameter, or by a potentiometer connected to a dancer roller.

ISOBOX
Tension control box
The Isobox is an integrated system for the automatic tension regulation of the Isomatic control panel and Ep converter transducer. Thanks to its high flexibility, it can be customized to suit diverse kind of applications and can be configured to work with load cells, dancer roller or ultrasonic sensor for the web tension control both in the closed-loop system and the open-loop system.
Isobox is easy to use and ready to mount.
