INFINITY, innovative and universal pneumatic core chuck, is the perfect solution in case of cores of different diameters since with a single core chuck it is possible to work with core diameters from 3″ to 6” or to 3″ to 12″ without the need for adapters. This is possible thanks to the continuous expansion of the gripping unit
Through the air pressure, the expansion units expand and safely stop when the reel is engaged without damaging the reel core.
The continuous and automatic expansion of the units doesn’t require any manual adjustment and ensures the highest level of operator safety by eliminating any load handling during cage changes.
The Infinity continuous expansion chuck is designed to optimize both safety and productivity: it enables automatic roll locking and core ejection at the end of the cycle, eliminating all manual unloading operations. In addition, it features an integrated dust cover that protects internal components, reducing the need for frequent cleaning and ensuring maximum reliability even in dusty environments.
Furthermore, Infinity ensures a perfect grip to any core and continuous in operation as it eliminates the needs of manual intervention usually required when using different core diameters.
